4AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• •If you're using the AI generation feature there's a low chance of getting bad output or error. You can regenerate to get another output. We cannot give you a refund of the generated output, you can instead use a better prompt or input to improve your output.
• •Users have the option to regenerate content to obtain alternative outputs.
• •We are not liable for any output generated by the AI system.

5Data Collection and Privacy

• •You may collect information from your VIP list members through input fields and file uploads.
• •You are responsible for complying with all privacy laws and regulations.
• •You must obtain proper consent from your VIP list members before collecting their information.
• •We are not responsible for how you handle or use the data collected from your VIP list members.

6Limitation of Liability

• •Not liable for any AI generated. All output is your ownership. Please use with caution.
• •All generated output becomes your ownership.
• •The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• •We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content or the management of your VIP lists.

7Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
