• •People who join a waitlist: if you submit your email or other information to join someone else's waitlist (without creating an account), these terms and our Privacy Policy also apply to that use of the Service.

By accessing or using the Service in either way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service or submit your information to join a waitlist.

2Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Service (whether as a waitlist creator or as someone joining a waitlist) constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. We may update them from time to time; the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.

4Account Requirements

This section applies to waitlist creators who create an account. If you only join a waitlist, you do not need an account.

• •Accounts must not be created using temporary or disposable email providers ("trash mail providers").
• •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

5Acceptable Use

• •VIP List reserves the right to suspend or remove any waitlist or account at any time for violations of these terms, with or without notice.
• •Waitlist creators must not use the Service to collect or submit fake or fraudulent signups, or to manipulate waitlist metrics.
• •When joining a waitlist, you must provide accurate information. You must not use fake or disposable emails to abuse or spam a waitlist.
• •No one may engage in fraudulent activities, spam, or misuse of the platform.

6Data Collection and Privacy

We collect personal data (such as name and email) and non-personal data (e.g. via cookies) from both waitlist creators and people who join a waitlist. When you join a waitlist, the information you submit is shared with the person or team who owns that waitlist. If you join a waitlist, you can be contacted through email and receive bunch of marketing emails from the waitlist owner. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Waitlist creators: By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from us for service updates and, where applicable, marketing. You may opt out of marketing at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
